Late. Shri. Shrikisanji Narayandasji Malpani a coal supplier was pulling his family from hard and tough times always wished his son Nandkumar to be in construction business and reach success. The children s upbringing was very difficult but he nourished business sanskar on Nandkumar.
In 1975 Nandkumar started construction activity under M/s N. S. Malpani Constructions and was known as Government Contractor. He received a support from his son Radheya in 1993 and the business reached notable success till 2000. Both ensured Rahul the elder son to be an engineer and received a Technical Support to shoulder Private Construction Activity. The Trinity then completed prominent projects and completed their area landmark of 150000 sqft Residential and 50000 sq.ft commercial inclusive of Bunglows row Houses Buildings and Apartments. The success story is vouched by the buyers and users. This mouth publicity is the only Marketing Strategy of their business. Besides this they also have diversified in Hospitality and real estate business. Radhika Inn is not known to any walk in customer cause it is always booked by corporate businessman and celebrities from film industry for cosy homely and palatable feel enjoyed here.
