Assembly Lines: Orbital systems provides both Rotary Index table type & Linear Conveyorised Assembly Lines. We have manufactured complete Assembly Lines for products like Latch Wiper Window Regulator Car Seat Track Parking Brake Cable Shifter Cable Piston Rod Shock Absorber Suspension Valve Car Seat Track MCB Capacitor etc.
Special Purpose Assembly Machines: Orbital manufactures special purpose assembly machine for increasing productivity & reducing manpower. We integrated automatic part feeding presses riveting screwing welding crimping heat staking punching drilling tapping etc in these machines. Orbital has made special purpose machines for a variety of products like gas regulators pumps hinge chains carburetor fuel tank brakes engine body fuel pump terminal fan body contractor meter body switch setup box speaker body ladder lift toy guns etc.
Riveting Machines: We sell more than 400 machines per year worldwide. We manufacture every type of riveting machine like pneumatic hydraulic multi-point multi-spindle roll forming swaging index table type etc. We also make the dual head triple head & CNC riveting machines.
Safety Light Curtains: With more than 6000 safety guards manufactured per year we cover all sizes & types of safety light curtains. We also manufacture Type 2 & Type 4 standard safety guards.
Index Table: With a sale of over 500 index tables per year we make both Globoidal & drum cam based index tables. Index tables are provided both with & without gearbox and brake motor.
Screw Tightening Machine: Screws bolts etc are automatically fed & tightened using our Automatic Screw Tightening Machine.
Clinching Machine: With a partnership with BTM We provide clinching machines in India. We offer both handhelds stand-alone & special purpose clinching machines.
