Kimplas Piping Systems Limited a ISO 9001:2008 Company certified by BSI was established in NashikIndia in the year 1996 to produce Electrofusion (EF) Fittings for use in Gas and Water Distribution Systems and Industrial Applications.
Its Products carry major UK ( Kitemark & WRc-Nsf ) and European ( DVGW) Certifications and are widely accepted the world over.
It has a “Pioneer Manufacturer” status in India for production of EF Fittings as it was the first to manufacture and introduce EF Fittings in India. By now it has supplied millions of fittings since 1997 to City Gas Distribution Companies in India UK and in MENA countries. It has successfully introduced EF Fittings in Drinking Water Systems and is today the Market Leader in India both in the Gas and Water Segments for EF and Compression Fittings.
The Company is the owner of the “TRUSTLENE” Brand for Pipes and Fittings. It does not manufacture MDPE Pipes but has dedicated suppliers who make the Pipes as per its specifications using specified material sourced by it. They are authorised to mark only those pipes supplied to it by the trademark “TRUSTLENE”.
Its deep commitment towards quality installation can be gauged by the fact that Kimplas helps in developing the required trained manpower to overcome shortage of trained /skilled manpower for EF jointing. Kimplas has a full time training and certification team which undertake regular training program at customer premises sites and factory. Kimplas has trained more than 1700 people for Electrofusion jointing. It also provides support to customers for setting up good practices in installation of Piping Network.

In house quality controls from raw material procurement to final performance ensure that our metering pumps comply with API-675 / Hydraulic institute standards. Our pumps cover a capacity range from 0.3 LPH to 15000 LPH and discharge pressure from 1Kg/cm2 to 500Kg/cm2.triplex Process Pumps are manufactured in accordance with API-674 standard with a capacity range up to 50000 LPH and discharge pressure up to 800 kg/cm2. Our pumps are capable of handling slurries and viscose fluids up to 10000 cps.
Metering / triplex process pumps are manufactured in plunger and Diaphragm Type. Diaphragm pumps are hydraulically actuated single diaphragm and sandwich diaphragm and they confirm to the latest European technology. Metering pumps are made to suit flame proof as well as non flame proof conditions and are available with manual and electronic remote stroke control mechanism.
We also manufacture chemical Injection Packages (Dosing System) which are designed for injection of Demulsifiers biocides coagulants scale & corrosion Inhibitors dyes and such other additives for low and high pressure Injection applications. The package comprises of unloading and mixing tanks Mixers level Gauges level Switches control panels etc. The entire package is mounted on a common skid and is connected with piping to the pumps for accurate dosing. These packages are made to suit flammable / nonflammable environmental condition and the dosing requirements can be controlled by manual and electronic remote Stroke Control mechanism.
