Signature International Foods was founded by William Eid who has over thirty year s experience working in the bakery sector. William previously managed the market leading flatbread company in the UK and Europe which was founded by his family. Our state-of-the-art production centre is based in Nashik approximately 100 miles North East of Mumbai in India and is home to some of the world s fastest manufacturing lines. We combine the very latest in baking technology and bespoke machinery with traditional recipes ingredients and authentic baking methods to produce high quality products.
