Our pumps cover a capacity range from 0.3 LPH to 15000 LPH and discharge pressure from 1Kg/cm2 to 500Kg/cm2.triplex Process Pumps are manufactured in accordance with API-674 standard with a capacity range up to 50000 LPH and discharge pressure up to 800 kg/cm2. Our pumps are capable of handling slurries and viscose fluids up to 10000 cps.
Metering / triplex process pumps are manufactured in plunger and Diaphragm Type. Diaphragm pumps are hydraulically actuated single diaphragm and sandwich diaphragm and they confirm to the latest European technology. Metering pumps are made to suit flame proof as well as non flame proof conditions and are available with manual and electronic remote stroke control mechanism.
We also manufacture chemical Injection Packages (Dosing System) which are designed for injection of Demulsifiers biocides coagulants scale & corrosion Inhibitors dyes and such other additives for low and high pressure Injection applications. The package comprises of unloading and mixing tanks Mixers level Gauges level Switches control panels etc. The entire package is mounted on a common skid and is connected with piping to the pumps for accurate dosing. These packages are made to suit flammable / nonflammable environmental condition and the dosing requirements can be controlled by manual and electronic remote Stroke Control mechanism.
