We Saikrupa Industries are dealing in Milk & milks products having our brand Name “Dairy Power “with our motto ‘Real Power with real Taste’ since year 2008. Saikrupa Industries is established as a Partnership firm registered under Indian Partnership Act1932.
VisionOur Vision includes “providing remunerative returns to the milk producer and also serving and satisfying the interest of consumers by supplying quality products which are good returns and value for money. As well as ensuring consistent adherence to quality and standard parameters laid down by concerned competent authority.”
Factory locationThe Head office along with the Factory located at Songoan Post saikheda Tal- Niphad Dist –Nasik in Maharashtra. Our plant covers area of three acre land nearby Nasik –Aurangabad highway around 20 KM away from National (Mumbai—Agra) Highway.
Geographically our plant is centrally located-approx. 180 km away from Mumbai 220 km from Surat 180KM from Aurangabad 210 Km from Pune 150 KM from Ahmednagar and20 KM away from Nasik.
We have 14000 sq.ft built up area of milk processing unit with installed Milk storage capacity of 50000 liter and Milk Processing capacity 100000 liters per day.
We have scope for expansion of milk processing up to 2 00000 liter per day without changing the built up structure.
Presently we are handling 50000 liter of Milk per day and selling 15000 liters of packet milk in our own brand name “Dairy Power”. Besides this we are selling milk in bulk to organizations like Mother dairy DynamixParas S.R.Thorat Mahanand Warana.
We have strong procurement network of 10 Bulk Milk Coolers centers and our own 120 centers in different villages of Nashik District. All these centers are developed with supportive investment made by us. We have 2 partners looking procurement having good public relations locally.
ExpansionWe have a facility of Ghee manufacturing 2000 kg of Ghee per day. We are expanding in byproducts manufacturing Shrikhand Dahi Lassi Taak and Paneer. We are soon opening retail stores in nashik vicinity aiming to spread further more.
StaffWe are having the well qualified experienced and technically skilled staff to handle the dairy plant activity smoothly.
We have made enough provision of utilities and services to handle the milk up to 100000 liter per day.
To Comply with the rapidly changing technology our unit is well equipped with the latest plant and machineries which facilititates and enable us to cater to the growing needs of esteemed customers.
Our constant endeavor is to make quality and promptness an integral part of the entire value chain process.
With our logistic division which includes own Tankers and Insulated milk vans we are well equipped with to satisfy the distributors needs of timely and sufficient deliveries.

Surgical Business History
Mr. Rajesh B. Lahoti is founder of NL Healthcare he started this business in 1995. In 2000 we have shifted to our own office before shifting goods were transported mainly from Mumbai. Mr. Rajesh in 2005 bought 250 sq ft shop which is well known by name Tirupati Surgicals. Our business mainly comprised of wholesale rental and retail.
New products were introduced as time demanded. As business developed 12 workers 2 tempos and 2 managers were made part of the business to handle and manage increasing work load. In 2004 Mr. Tushar S. Lahoti has joined who has done his MBA. His presence made a great influence in the development of business. As he systematically handled clients and established firm relationship with customers.
To cope up with the increasing demand of the space Mr. Tushar has bought 1500 sq ft shop. People who duplicate themselves have time for themselves –John Mason even though this duplication took place our leader didn’t find appropriate time for himself – indicating the potential of our business. In the year 2010 we started another firm named Doctor and Patient World Chinchwad . This was started in a 500 sq ft showroom which was 25Km away from Pune. This is possible from the partnership between Mr. Rajesh B. Lahoti Mr. Tushar S. Lahoti and Mr. Viresh K. Nyati. Since last couple of years our 3 firms are running successfully.
Our man power consists 3 leaders 4 managers and 25 workers. Also we own 12 two-wheelers and 5 tempos (with advertisements on it ).With the help of Alma Mater Shiv Khera courses we have learnt a lot and implemented acquired knowledge as best as we can. Success begins the moment we understand that life is all about beginning. So we are now joining hands with another visionary leader Nyati Group for reaching the topmost level in our business in Pune district for creating our own brand NL Healthcare .
With paperless office information should flow through our organization as quickly and naturally as thought in a human being. Now we want to grow to a corporate level with systems working for us where in brand building brand equity strategic design HR management will play an important role.
