We at Jyoti Ceramic Industries have left no stone unturned in ensuring optimum quality controls and production efficiency by establishing two separate futuristic ceramic manufacturing plants situated adjacent to each other. Each plant covers around 6000 Sqr.mtr. of floor space of world-class modern construction spread over 8 acres of land surrounded by landscaped lush green gardens.
The manufacturing facilities comprise of the latest automatic & semi automatic production machines microprocessor controlled gas fired high temperature kilns slip houses equipped with battery of ball mills high-speed bead mills and spray dryers for body preparation.
Both the plants are supported with modern engineering workshop equipped with C.N.C milling machines and milling centres lathes wire-cut E.D.M and traditional machines required for fabrication and construction of moulding tools and special purpose machines supported with CAD/CAM designing facilities.
In addition to the engineering workshop the ceramic plants are supported by a state -of-the- art R & D laboratory. Built on around 600 sq.meters of floor space the R&D Lab is equipped with the most modern hi-tech testing equipments like S.E.M A.A.S X.R.D TG/DTAE.D.X.R.F Laser particle size analyzer cyclic salt spray analyzer digital measuring microscope & profile projectors and number of high temperature gas and electric sintering kilns high and low pressure injection moulding machines etc.

The Marathas rise to power was a dramatic turning point that accelerated the demise of Muslim dominance in India. Marathas som chieftains were originally in the service of Bijapur sultans in the western Deccan which was under siege by the Mughals. Shivaji Bhonsle (1630-80 A.D) is recognizeded aas the father of the Maratha nation. Shivaji Bhosle founder of the Maratha Empire was born in 1630 AD in the fort of Shivneri 40 miles north of Pune. By 1647 the Shivaji had captured two forts and had the complete charge of Pune. He slowly started capturing forts in the region into Purandar Rajgad Torna. In 1659 Shivaji succeeded in killing of famous Adil shah ai geneeeral Afzal Khan and demoralizing his army. He took advantage of this conflict andd laid the foundation of Maratha Kingdom near Pune which later became the Maratafa capital.
